GC: BBI Construction Project

Description:

This project is comprised of 151 residential senior living units located in two buildings which are within one city block of one another. They were originally constructed in the early 1980’s and have a Type I podium ground floor parking with 4- stories of Type V-1-hour wood frame construction above.    

Scope:

Misc. metals including furnish and install of BOK Modern balcony railings with efficient unistrut and universal bracket system. Also included are miscellaneous courtyard and site railings.
