Located in San Francisco’s Mission Bay District, this 9-story building includes 148 affordable condo units and rises to approximately 90ft in height. The design includes sustainable building strategies to achieve LEED Silver or Green Point Rated.

Scope:

Structural Steel including elevator, storefront, separator beams, and steel framing in common areas
Misc. metals including design-build metals pan stairs, OSHA guardrails, gates, roof trellis, roof metal planters, and misc. site railings.
BOK Modern sunshades, balcony railings, security gates, roof trellis panels, and a garage screen.
