OVERVIEW

STEPS TO ACHIEVE A SAFER WORK ENVIRONMENT

  1.  All employees will have a minimum of OSHA 10 hr training.
  2. All supervisors will have a minimum of OSHA 30 hr training.
  3. All operators to receive aerial lift and/or forklift training.
  4. Daily pre task plans and job hazard analysis will be completed by each foreman/crew.
  5. Weekly job site safety inspections will be completed by each supervisor.
  6. Weekly all hands toolbox meetings to discuss safety topics relating to current work.
  7. Close call incident tracking. All incidents and near misses to be reported to supervisors.
  8. Stretch and flex to be conducted at the beginning of each shift.
  9. Safety performance incentive program.
  10. Open communication with safety team.
