OVERVIEW

STEPS TO ACHIEVE A SAFER WORK ENVIRONMENT
- All employees will have a minimum of OSHA 10 hr training.
- All supervisors will have a minimum of OSHA 30 hr training.
- All operators to receive aerial lift and/or forklift training.
- Daily pre task plans and job hazard analysis will be completed by each foreman/crew.
- Weekly job site safety inspections will be completed by each supervisor.
- Weekly all hands toolbox meetings to discuss safety topics relating to current work.
- Close call incident tracking. All incidents and near misses to be reported to supervisors.
- Stretch and flex to be conducted at the beginning of each shift.
- Safety performance incentive program.
- Open communication with safety team.
